Overpriced! Food is bad! Rude staff! Too crowded! Dirty toilet!

This place is a total overhyped. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Their Matcha latte taste exactly like Amazon but twice the price.The cakes are too sweet and the ingredients are not good. Red velvet cakes are too bitter.

The absolute negative point is rude staff and super nonsense and GREEDY rule on not letting people sit down if the number of items purchased do not equal the number of people coming in 🤯

Their toilet is super dirty and the decoration is super fake with fake plants and...

ไปทริปขอนแก่นสองวัน ลงเครื่องพุ่งไปร้านเลย ตั้งใจไปชิม ร้านสวย มุมเยอะ หลายมูดโทน ที่นั่งเยอะ แอร์เย็น จอดรถหน้าร้าน หรือถนนตรงข้ามร้านได้ เมนูที่ชอบ Matcha Salted Caramel​ ชอบมาก อร่อยมากกกก!

แต่มีเรื่องอยากคอมเมนท์ อยากให้น้องพนงทวนออเดอร์ ราคา ก่อนกดบิล อาจจะผิดที่เราพึ่งมาด้วย เลยไม่ทราบราคามาก่อน เราสั่งอเมริกาโน่ แบบเลือกเม็ด เห็นแปะที่ถุงเม็ดกาแฟ +98 เราก็โอเค พอบิลออกมา สรุปเด้งไป 173 ของพี่อีกคนก็เลือกเม็ด จบที่ราคา 170 แอบช้อค ถ้าน้องพนง ช่วยทนราคาที่บวกเพิ่ม ก็จะดีมากค่ะ แต่อร่อยเลย กาแฟดี เรามาซ้ำวันที่สอง ตั้งใจมากินเมนูนม สั่ง Matcha Salted​ Caramel​ เห็นราคา 115 ถ้าปั่น +10 เราก็เออโอเค 125 แจ่มๆ น้องพนง บอกว่ามี Matcha 3 แบบ แต่ละตัวรสชาติ​แบบไหน ออกแนวไหน เราก็เลือก Shizuoka​ อร่อย อร่อยแบบอร่อยมากกกก โคตรชอบ แต่ชอคราคา ทำไมมันสรุปจบมาที่ 155 คือ ถ้าราคา Matcha แต่ละตัวราคาไม่เท่ากัน อยากให้แจ้งด้วย อันไหนเท่าไหร่ วันแรกจ่ายไป 4xx ได้ 3 แต้ม สแกน qr สะสมจากน้อง แต่ไม่รู้ว่าต้องกดแอดเพื่อน ก็รีบๆคิวเยอะเดินออกมาเลย พอวันที่สองมา กินไป 6xx ได้ 4 แต้ม ทำแบบเดิม น้องพนง วันนี้แจ้งให้กดแอดเพิ่ม เอ้า แต้มเข้า 4 แต้มเอง ของเมื่อวานไม่เข้า จริงๆก็ไม่ได้มายด์ เพราะกลับมากทมแล้ว แต่คนอื่นที่กินบ่อย อาจจะเสียดาย เกือบได้ฟรีแล้ว กินไปสองวันพันเลย

ใดใด ร้านสวย กาแฟดี เค้กอร่อย ดีจนไปซ้ำสองรอบ ส่วนเรื่องที่คอนเมนท์​ก็แค่อยากให้ลองเอาไปปรับ เพื่อให้การบริการดี คนตั้งใจมาไม่ผิดหวังค่ะ ถ้าได้ไปอีก...

Hi.💕 To day I’m come here to “Café 11 am” I’m so proud of here because this here is so beautiful and minimal I love this. anyway staff give service it so good and they is a recommended coffee and dessert or cake it so nice.I see that some people give the 1 star for this here. l’m not sure…… but It’s me this here should give to 5 star. by the way.
