We spent christmas day here, with 9 of us and we had the most wonderful time! The garlic prawns were huge and totally delicious and the softshell crab was another highlight. The staff were so helpful and attentive, they even let us play our own festive playlist, which made us enjoy the beautiful setting even more.

It was totally bizzare but hilarous and added to the many laughs of the day.
We wanted to go back to eat again, but didnt get time. We would recommend to everyone, and want to say thank you to the Laanta Seafood Staff for making our Christmas...

Read moreI went to this restaurant with two of my Thai friends for lunch. The location of the restaurant is quite scenic when you get to the open seating area that are supported with wooden beams on top of the waters where you can see the ocean and some of the islands. We ordered dishes such as Pad Kra Pao, Stinky Beans stir fried with Shrimp Paste, Soft Shelled Crabs with crispy garlic, Betel Leaf Curry, Southern Thai Style Curry, and Wing Shell with seafood dip. I would say that all of the seafood are fresh and my friends told me that the taste was very authentic Southern Thai style. The staffs are friendly as well trying to help us and making our dining...
