It was just like a dream there. Maybe it was a dream. As I drove doubtfully along the mountain roads of Koh Lanta, there was a tiny little secret gem. Perfectly decorated and furnished with their aesthetics. Noble and beautiful cat Latte sleeping with her beautiful body completely relaxed. The music selection is also excellent, with Orgone, Kevin Morby, Dusty Springfield, etc. to set the mood. Cakes are chosen from the fridge. I ordered lemon cheesecake and an iced latte. They are served with a small pretty vase. The taste is as you commented, perfect. I can't stand just one kind; it's so good! Then the master offered me a pot of jasmine tea. Since serving tea means welcoming, I felt like I was allowed to enter their territory and was very happy to do so. Please visit them...

Just at the edge of the Ko Lanta wilderness, this is the least expected place to find great "real" coffee and even better Western-style homemade cakes. A lovely elderly couple runs it, giving it a very international vibe, complete with a very mellow indie soundtrack (the gentlemen hurried to change the song as soon as the somewhat edgy Venus In Furs by The Velvet Underground came on). They serve cashews from their own tree and Chinese-style green tea as a compliment. We had a zucchini cake and a crepes vanilla cake, both delicious. This place is so special. After having lunch we decided we would like some cake. On the drive up to the cafe, there were monkeys on the road. There is limited space outside, so we sat inside where we were welcomed by the owners. The drinks and cakes were amazing - and we also got served some complimentary Jasmine tea. The music was outstanding.....every track was right up our street The Rolling Stones, Janice Joplin, America, Dusty Springfield- to name a few. We spent a good while here as the atmosphere was so chilled..May go back tomorrow to try the Carrot Cake. We had lemon cheesecake and Choc fudge Tart today 😋
