Great location, lots of employees. So much wasted potential.

There were two of us sitting by the water. As we had already eaten, we thought we could relax and let the evening draw to a close here. There were three tables occupied, including us. We had ordered two desserts and two cocktails. Wilson's balls are large, dry coconut balls coated in dark chocolate. Served with three scoops of ice cream. The pancake is American style. Despite a scoop of vanilla ice cream, it was unbearably dry. The cocktails were okay.

We ordered dessert and a cocktail at the same time. We waited 40 minutes for the dessert. One cocktail arrived after 50 minutes and the second took a whole 70 minutes. Even for people who live at a slower pace, this was unbearable. If our visit had been a date, this would have been an absolute mood killer.

We won't be back and can't recommend Wilsons to anyone. I don't even want to imagine what goes on here when the season starts.

Wir waren zu zweit und saßen am Wasser. Da wir bereits gegessen hatten, dachten wir wir können hier entspannt den Abend ausklingen lassen. Es waren, inklusive uns, drei Tische besetzt. Wir hatten zwei Desserts und zwei Cocktail bestellt. Wilsons Balls sind große, trockene Kokosbälle im Dunkelschokomantel. Dazu drei Kugeln Eis. Der Pancake ist American Style. Trotz einer Kugel Vanille Eis, war er unerträglich trocken. Die Cocktails waren okay.

Wir hatten Dessert und Cocktail gleichzeitig bestellt. Wir haben 40 Minuten auf die Dessert gewartet. Der eine Cocktail kam nach 50 Minuten und der zweite benötigte ganze 70 Minuten. Selbst für entschleunigt lebende Menschen war das nicht ertragbar. Wenn unser Besuch ein Date gewesen wäre, wäre dies der absolute Stimmungskiller gewesen.

Wir kommen nicht wieder und können das Wilsons auch nicht weiterempfehlen. Was hier los ist, wenn die Saison stattfindet möchte ich mir gar...

We were so lucky to have picked an AirBnB right down the beach from Wilson's! We ate at least once a day here for 4 out of 5 days on Samui. The cocktails are yummy, and the food is delicious. I can easily recommend the pad thai, spicy seafood salad, seafood tom yum soup, stir fried shrimp and broccoli, and mango sticky rice. We kids loved the calamari and chicken nuggets, as well as the ice cream freezer. On our last day, we made it a point to stop for dessert and to make sure we got to say goodbye to our Wilson family. the staff did not know their menu, the starters came at the end, we had to write down on a piece of paper which dishes we wanted, because the staff was not able to organize it. at the very end, some of the dishes were mixed up and two people did not receive their food after 2 hours.
