We visited the restaurant at The Nine and ordered via QR Code as required by the waitress. I ordered 1 combo set but the food arrived at the table slowly and in no particular order, a combo set was ordered and arrived piece by piece . After waiting for a long amount of time noticed that the order was incomplete, a miso soup was missing from the automated order, 2 waitress were informed twice until my wife went to check at the counter and asked to see the manager but unfortunately store manager was on his or her day off, so my wife started explained the problem again third time!!! But the cashier asked my wife if we would still like to get the miso soup or not. My wife replied back to her that if she brought it now we would like to take it. Unfortunately we both witness those staffs just standing around in front of the kitchen counter and doing nothing to resolve the problem. We wait for couple of minutes and long enough to calm down before decided to leave with voluntared paid for the drink that we already took. Sadly, no any apologise from any staff 😕 Hopefully the manager will check on CCTV as it should recorded...

The place is getting old, chairs/tables/drinking glasses need to be renew or replace. Tonkatsu is good, rolls are ok 2/4 are delicious but we will not recommend salmon rice bowl (the medium well done one) as it's rice was super dry and cold, can not mixed well with salmon (also dried and cold) and it's sauce, i never ever ate any Japanese rice bowl that bad in countries i've visited. Simple, comfortable, good food. Visited this place with friends. It's about 6 minutes from the Tops Supermarket on the same side of the road, really convenient to visit after grocery shopping. The food was yummy. Portion was small but items are cheap, so it was actually a good thing that portions were small. Variety is the spice of life. Food was very freshly cooked and fast.
