⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easily the Best Beef in Thailand!

Max Beef is hands down the best beef you’ll find in Thailand—on par with, if not better than, some of the finest American beef. As someone who has traveled the world and tasted beef in many places, I can confidently say this stands out.

I’m not exactly sure how they feed their cattle—whether it’s grain-fed or corn-fed—but whatever they’re doing works wonders. The flavor is rich, tender, and absolutely delicious. I first discovered Max Beef back in 2016 or 2018 at Makro in Chonburi, and I’ve been looking for it ever since. When I recently stumbled upon some old photos on my phone, I was thrilled—it felt like rediscovering a treasure!

I’ll be spreading the word because this company deserves to grow and thrive. When I return to Thailand, Max Beef is the only beef I’ll eat. Phenomenal quality—truly top-tier. Whatever their secret is, I hope they keep it up for many more...

Beef eaters dream restaurant.

Find a parking spot at the University. Choose your meat from their packaged meat section and take a seat. The hot coals arrive and it’s game on ... we choose wagyu for 0.215 grams it was approx 700 baht, 0.250 grams of wagyu top round for 189 baht and they were both really good quality for the price.

Garlic bread is a must and the vegetables they offer are super fresh also.

So, regarding this branch, I visited here initially before trying the buffet branch at Big C Ratchadamri. Comparatively, this branch is a bit pricier. They charge an additional 100 THB for the stove and add a 10% surcharge, although I didn't recall this charge during my first visit.

The food quality remains consistent, but they do offer some premium meat options for sale. However, the cost increases as you add the 10% surcharge, making it a less preferable choice. If you plan to eat a bit more meat, over 200g, I recommend opting for the buffet...
