Been here many times in the past but was disappointed in our latest visit. The restaurant is in an excellent location with a really nice setting. The service however was not good - the girls serving were impatient to take our order and then very innatentive. One of our orders was forgotten - no apology received! The one redeeming member of staff was the guy managing the car park - he was helpful, charming and polite (a credit to the business). On top of the service issue we also experienced an issue with the food - diarrhea and vomiting. This restaurant really is pretty special. A broad Thai menu with delicious recipes. They obviously select high-quality ingredients. The staff are nice and diligent. Lovely, peaceful, terraced setting looking at the lights in Laos across the Mekong while the fishermen pilot their boats day and night.
