ChaKaFair — Restaurant in Nakhon Ratchasima Province

This dim sum restaurant is a fantastic find! They take great pride in crafting all their dim sum in-house, ensuring freshness and authentic flavors in every bite. The variety of dim sum options is impressive, and each dish is deliciously prepared with attention to detail.

The service is another highlight—staff members are exceptionally polite, attentive, and eager to make your dining experience enjoyable. The restaurant maintains high hygiene standards, which adds to the overall pleasant atmosphere.

The setting is unique, with a semi-open-air design where three sides of the restaurant are open but fully covered under a roof. It creates a relaxed and airy ambiance, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a leisurely meal.

This was our first visit, but it certainly won’t be our last. We’re already looking forward to returning for another...

Chakafair is located in the city of Nakhon Ratchasima, in between 4 buildings it is brightly lit corner space decorated with various kinds of plants, especially cacti giving it an dessert urban feeling. It plays musics through their speakers which gives a great vibe. WC and Wifi is also provided.

The restaurant serves Vietnamese style breakfast with boran drinks, it is delicious. The food will be served first as it takes time for them to craft the drinks with a lot of queue, however it also a smooth feeling to finish our food first and end it with freshly made drinks. Water is self serve.

วันนี้เข้าไปใช้บริการตอนเช้าเข้าใจอยู่ว่าเป็นช่วงเวลาที่ร้านเปิดแต่เช้า เราและครอบครัวก็นั่งรอปกติ น้องพนักงานผู้หญิงลักษณะขาวท้วมก้เอาใบรายการอาหารมาให้เราเลือกและแจ้งว่าคิวอาร์โค้ตในระบบมีปัญหา เราก็เข้าใจค่าว่าแต่เช้ามากก็เลยสั่งข้าวต้มและชาร้อนไป ก้คิดว่ารอซักพักระบบสแกนสั่งอาหารคงใช้งานได้ เพราะในระบบมีรายการอาหารมากกว่าใบรายการที่น้องพนักงานเอามาให้ เรานั่งรอไปเรื่อยๆจนมีกลุ่มลูกค้าวัยรุ่นเข้ามาประมาน 5-6 คน และก็มีพนักงานอีกท่านเอาใบสแกนสั่งอาหารไปให้โต๊ะที่พึ่งมา เราก็สงสัยว่าเอ้ะไหนบอกว่าระบบสแกนมีปัญหา เราก็เลยเรียกน้องพนักงานคนเดิมเข้ามาถาม และอธิบายไปตามที่เห็นน้องพนักงานก็เชิงจะไม่พอใจก็ถามว่าสั่งแค่นี้ใช่ไหม เราก็เริ่มไม่พอใจแล้ว เราก็เลยขอสั่งกลับบ้านแทนเพราะถือว่าสั่งอาหารไปแล้ว พอนั่งรออาหารไปได้พักใหญ่ๆ เราได้เห็นโต้ะกลุ่มวัยรุ่นได้อาหารแล้ว เรางง มากๆค่าและเริ่มไม่พอใจมากๆซึ่งเราไปโต้ะแรกของร้านเลยแต่กลับไม่ได้อาหารที่สั่งและใบสแกน เราเลยเดินไปที่เคาท์เตอร์ด้านหน้าถามน้องอีกท่านและอธิบายทุกอย่างน้องหน้าเคาท์เตอร์น่ารักมากพยามยามตามเรื่องให้และพยายามขอโทษเราตลอด และเราก็โมโหจริงๆเราเลยขอยกเลิกรายการอาหาร สุดท้ายน้องพนักงานคนเดิมที่มาก็ไม่ได้ใส่ใจหรือมาอธิบายอะไรเลย แย่มากๆนะคะ ผิดกับน้องหน้าเคาท์เตอร์ตัวเล็กๆผอมๆที่คอยอธิบายสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้น หรือน้องคนเดิมคงเห็นเราและครอบครัวแต่งตัวบ้านๆใส่รองเท้าหูหนีบ คิดว่าจะไม่มีเงินจ่ายหรอคะ ไม่คิดว่าจะเจอกับการบริการของพนักงานที่มองแค่การแต่งกายของลูกค้า แต่มีความรู้สึกผิดหวังมากๆ ทั้งที่เคยมาใช้บริการที่นี่ประจำวัน ไม่ได้โทษทางร้านนะคะ ทางร้านอาหารอร่อย สะอาด สด เราและครอบครัวเลยมาประจำและ ทุกครั้งที่ไปน้องๆพนักงานก็น่ารัก พูดเพราะ บริการดีทุกอย่าง แต่ครั้งนี้ที่ไปเราคงซวยที่เจอพนักงานคนนั้นเองค่า คือเรารุ้สึกผิดหวังจริงๆค่า หากทางร้านเข้ามาอ่าน สามารถเปิดดูกล้องได้นะคะเราเข้าไปประมานเวลา 06.45...
