Rustic Barista Specialty Coffee — Restaurant in Nakhon Ratchasima Province

For the longest time this was my favorite cafe in Korat. They were hipster before anyone else in Korat was. Good quality and ethically grown Coffee. My favorite drink is the iced dark chocolate, followed closely by the Iced Thai tea / cocoa mix.

As for food. I really enjoy the bacon pasta for breakfast, its got a great mix of spicy and salty flavors. For lunch it was always the Cuban sandwich. It's been the talk of the town for a few years now. There's nothing else like it around.

Last two visits have left me a little disappointed however. Sandwich definitely tasted different to the many times I've had it before, and the drink of the month was overpriced and underwhelming.

Regardless, I will still give them 5 stars, believing that the new staff member is just finding their feet. They deserve a look. The cafe is innovative and they try to help the environment by not using plastic straws. Beware that they're not open Tuesday and Wednesdays and parking can be hard to come by on...
