KP Steak Khaoyai — Restaurant in Nakhon Ratchasima Province

⭐ KP Steak house location is easy to locate, It can be found heading from Khao Yai road to Mittraphab road. Good parking. The WC for customer is located outside of the restaurant, it is clean and well maintained.

We arrive around 4 PM (Tuesday)​, the place is very quiet not much customers,. ⭐ The ambience of the restaurant are filled with varieties of the owners collections which is very interesting to look at while waiting for our food. The service and the staffs are friendly.

The food, we ordered are

Garlic bread (60 THB) it was delicious 3 thick slices of Bread came in a basket.

Beef Hamburger(100 THB)​ we thought it would come with a fries but it didn't, the patty is minced beef marinated with Thai seasoning, top with a slice of cheddar cheese and tomatoes. okay taste for Thai tongue.

Carbonara (150 THB), this was the most disappointed dish I have ever tasted! The dish came with full chopped onions and ham, the sauce of the pasta is very blunt, I can only taste onions in this dish. Bad taste 😑

The 700THB steak was so bad here, it's fully covered with fat and sticky meat. It's like the owner didn't care about the quality of ingredients at all. After complaining the offer just a 10% discount which didn't make up to the bad experience here at all, we received an apology from one of the waitress but when we call the owner didn't even apologize!!??? Moreover they hang up the sign that they are receiving "เราเที่ยว​ด้วยกัน​" campaign coupon for purchases in their restaurant. ช่วงนั้นทำงานอยู่ปากช่อง ตะลอนกินอาหารไปทั่ว เหตุการณ์เกิด เมื่อ May 5,2020 (ช่วงโควิด)

เราไปทานอาหารที่ร้าน ทานเสร็จโอเงินจ่ายตามปกติ แล้วกลับที่พัก ต่อมาสักช่วง 2 ทุ่ม มีคนโทรมา

อ้างว่าเป็นลูกสาวเจ้าของร้านสเต๊ก บอกว่าเรากินแล้วไม่จ่าย เพราะเงินไม่เข้าบัญชี เลยเอาชื่อเราไปขอเบอร์จากตำรวจ -- เราแบบ เห้ยย ตกใจมากอะตอนนั้น เช็คสลิปอะไรของตัวเอง ปรากฎ เงินเราโดนตัดออกไปแล้วไงง!! พอชี้แจงไป เขาบอกยังไม่เข้าบัญชีเขา เขาขอให้โอนไปให้เขา แล้วก็ทักแชทเฟสเรามา (ตอนนั้นเราหัวอ่อนหรือยังไงวะ+เรากลัวเพราะจู่ๆได้เบอร์เรามาแล้วพูดชื่อนามสกุลเราถูก) เลยโอนให้เขาไปอีก 600กว่า ตามค่าอาหารที่ทานไป โดยเขาบอกว่าถ้าเจอยอดแล้วจะโอนคืนเรา

-- บอกตรงๆเสียความรู้สึกมาก อาหารไม่อร่อยเราจะไม่ค่อยรีวิวอยู่ละ แต่นี้ไม่อร่อย+เสียไป1200 โคตรเสียดายเงิน ตอนนั้นชีวิตยุ่งมากไม่ได้เลือกที่จะทำอะไร

-- ทุกวันนี้มันค้างคาใจมากค่ะ ชีวิตเราไม่เคยโกงใคร ไม่เคยติดหนี้ใคร มันทำให้เราสงสัยมาตลอดว่าเราผิดอะไรวะ ? และเราไม่ชอบความรู้สึกโดนเอาเปรียบ โดนคุกคามแบบนี้

-- ตอนนั้นคุณเอาอะไรไปบอกตำรวจ มีเส้นสายใหญ่ขนาดไหน ถึงขอเบอร์เรามาได้แบบนั้น ตอนนั้นโคตรเฟล โคตรไม่ secure เลย

วันนี้เราอยากพิมพ์ออกมา เพื่อระบายความค้างคานี้ นั่งรื้อรูป และหลักฐานต่างๆ เพื่อมาเล่าไว้ตรงนี้ ถ้าเงินมันไม่เข้าคุณไปเช็คกับธนาคานก่อนไหมอะ คือเราโง่เองแหละที่ยอมโอนง่ายๆ ย้อนกลับไปได้ ถ้าเรากล้ากว่านี้ เราคงถามกลับทำไมได้เบอร์เรามาง่ายขนาดนี้ คงนัดเจอที่ร้าน แล้วไปสถานีตำรวจด้วยกันไปเลย เงินแค่ 600 เรายอมเสียเวลาได้ เพื่อไม่ให้เสียเกียรติของเรา -- แล้วลองมองมุมกลับกันนะคะ ถ้าโดนแบบเรา...
