Nailed It Downtown — Restaurant in Nakhon Ratchasima Province

Charming, rustic, and romantic - wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle of the street. This restaurant is located a short walk from the Thao Suranari Monument. We dined on the smoked salmon baguette, margarita pizza, cheese pizza, a couple of cokes and some juice drinks. There is a wine shop next door, and no corkage fee. So...we washed it all down with a fabulous (highly rated, completely affordable) Italian red. I don't say this lightly, but this was the best cheese pizza I have ever had. I came to this place for my love of wine and the fact there is wine shop next door and restaurant doesn't charge corkage (if spend over 300bht). Wow, food was amazing, service great, and owner was so nice. Guess the only thing let it down was the choice of (recommended) wine from shop next door, as was awful. Owner of restaurant saved the day and offered me some more wine (on the house) My best tip is, unless you know your wines....go to restaurant first and ask what's good wine to buy next door, she will recommend 😜 I'm looking forward...

I was definitely disappointed with my visit here. The place is just trying to be too hip and the prices are just outrageous. 120B for a cup of coffee. You cant buy a regular beer, no Chang, Leo or Singha... only Thai want to be craft beers for 130B a can. I had the spicy sausage sandwich that had nice ingredients but was served very small, with no sides and was obviously microwaved on a dense soggy baguette.
