OK roti, try the volcano variation.

We only tired two rotis for an afternoon snack. The coconut crispy roti and the matcha volcano roti. Both were good, although the coconut one was less crispy that the name suggested. We were there around 4pm, and there weren’t many other customers, but we could tell that the staff was getting ready for a busy evening, we saw a lot of dough balls ready to be turned into paper thin roti. One thing that we thought was needing improvement is the hand washing area: there was no proper sink and soap, only a small basin next to the toilet that had a plastic bucket under the faucet with some oily looking water inside. แล้วรอบสุดท้ายที่ไปตามโรตี4แผ่น คนพัดแป้งโรตีกับคนทอดคนเดียวกันนะ เค้าบอกว่าผมไม่เห็นใบออเดอร์พี่เลย หาไม่เจอ คืออะไรก๊อนน ผ่านไป40นาทีกว่า บอกว่าใบออเดอร์หาย เลยพูดว่าทำให้เราก่อน สิริรวมรอโรตี4แผ่น50นาที ถ้าไม่ตามก้คือไม่ได้กิน เพราะออเดอร์หาย พนักงานคนที่รับออเดอร์เรา ก็เดินไปบอกไอหัวหน้ามัน หัวหน้ามันก้ตะโกนพูดว่าก้พยายามเคลียร์ออเดอร์อยู่ ไม่รู้นะว่าเป็นเจ้าของ/หัวหน้า หรือผู้จัดการ แต่ก็ดูจะมีตำแหน่งคุมลูกน้อง แต่ไม่รู้ปัญหาของร้าน รับออเดอร์ยังไงให้ใบออเดอร์ลูกค้าหาย ปากดีปากเก่ง พอลูกค้าโวย ก็ตะโกนลั่นร้านน้ำเสียงไม่พอใจเพราะร้านเริ่มไม่ทัน ใดใดคือไม่ได้ยินคำขอโทษเลย มีแต่คนที่พัดแป้งว่าขอโทษเด่วทำให้เลย ก่อนจะปากดีพูดจาใส่อารมณ์กับลูกค้า เอาเวลาไปบริหารจัดการระบบร้านและบริการให้มันดีก่อนนะ

ถ้าระบบยังห่วยแบบนี้ พนักงานก้เหนื่อยกันตายห่า ต่อให้หาพนักงานเพิ่มเท่าไหร่ แต่การทำงานยังไม่มีระบบที่ดีมากพอ ก็เละอยู่ดี แค่ใบออเดอร์ใบเดียวยังหาย โรตี4แผ่น ต้องตาม ต้องทวงหลายรอบ ใช้เวลา50นาที
