Lobster & Oyster — Restaurant in Nawamin Subdistrict

This would be my first ever bad review but I just had to get it off my chest. :(

The wait for the food was at least 1.5hrs & the mains were served one by one, with one diner having finished their mains whilst the rest just looked on wondering when theirs would arrive, feeing so hangry. It was absolutely unacceptable especially coming from a restaurant like this and the servers had no clue what was happening in the kitchen when we requested if our food was ready anytime soon. It was an evening of waiting, with orders being missed out and we had to wait all over again. We had half the mind to walk out of the restaurant but did not want to spoil the birthday occasion we were celebrating. :(

What was most disappointing was there was no accountability & no service recovery at all. I wish we had a better experience because the place looked so beautiful but just ruined by the horrid...

Reserved a table for 7pm and preordered food hours in advance. We asked the staff to serve our meals at 7.30.

Nothing came out save for some soups and some entrées all the way till 820pm and we were informed that the sous chef just arrived. It is shocking and unacceptable that this oversight was allowed to happen, especially after preordering.

To be fair the service staff were excellent and accommodating, and were absolutely not at fault for this fiasco. The food was good as well, with the place deserving of its accolades.

However the incredible waiting time destroyed the gastronomic experience. This has to be one of the worst dining experiences in terms of preparation and cooking time in that I have experienced in Thailand. Strongly recommend one to reconsider if they would want to dine here especially when there are many alternatives that serve similar dishes at way...

Come here first time to celebrate my wife birthday. The restaurant was very cozy and well decorated. Staff here provided excellent services even though there were a lot of customer that night. Range of wine (white and red) was somewhat good (but can be better in term of variety) and price was acceptable. We had 2 bottles that night. Foods were prepared by professional chef and they were amazing! Our wagyu beef plate was very tender, juicy and well-prepared. Oyster was fresh and truffle pizza was out of this world. Spaghetti plate, salad, cold cut & cheese platter were great. Anyway some of our choice were not available that night e.g. lamb steak and potato wedge. After the main course, restaurant gave complimentary cake for the birthday as well as truffle dark chocolate to go along with a drink of cognac to end our beautiful night. Definitely will be...
