Oishi Eaterium — Restaurant in Nong Bon Subdistrict

Me and my girlfriend we really enjoyed this buffet restaurant. Price was something around 600 and 700 baht per person. You can pick up a lots of food by yourself and also order some dishes with a electric card. There is a lot of very tasty japanese food, also including sushi and sashimi. But there are also steaks and some other stuff. If you like noodles you should try the fettuccine with shrimps. Also you can order a hotpot if you like too. Even the desserts are above average and very good for a buffet restaurant. I personally recommend the passion fruit cake. The food here is certainly a step up over other Japanese mall buffets. A selection of sashimi (salmon, saba, tuna) and sushi is available with specially prepared sushi made to order. Many other Japanese dishes and soups are available with highlights being halibut, beef steak, pork and also teppenyaki. A salad bar is also here as well as deserts such as bingsu. The reason I don't give it 5 stars is due to the time it takes for the made to order dishes. This is a buffet so there's a time limit and the made to order dishes take too long. Also you need to pay before you finish. Often within 5 minutes of sitting down. The quality of the food is actually quite good, the seafood is fresh, and there is a decent variety to choose from. However, the service is absolutely horrendous. Do not expect to get the things that you order via your table card. I ordered the grilled beef steak and had to wait over an hour and fourty minutes to receive it. I had ordered it twice through the self-service menus, once through one of the waiting staff, and lastly through the manager in order to receive it almost two hours later.
