พะ-นะ-คอน 5 — Restaurant in Nonthaburi City Municipality

Saw this riverside restaurant while I was paddle boarding pass it on Chaopraya river and decided to give it a try. It turned out to be better than I expected. The parking is on site. Plenty of selection on food from seafood, typical Thai menu to fusion food. Lots of drink menu as well from beer, whiskey, to cocktail. Only 1st floor is in service from total of 2 plus rooftop. The view from rooftop would have been so nice. We were sat by the river so the view was amazing and probably lucky that the weather is so nice. We sat by the corner of the balcony next to the river that can see the Rama 5 bridge scenery. Good food good view and good service. But if someone sit on the bar at the edge of the balcony that they also swing their legs, you may not easily touch the scenery. Anyway,...

มาครั้งแรก สั่งเนื้อย่าง1 หอยนางรมทรงเครื่อง1 หมึกแดดเดียวทอด2 กุ้งแช่น้ำปลา1 ลาบเหนือคั่ว1 ยำมะม่วงฯ1 สดอร่อยทุกอย่างแต่ให้น้อยไปหน่อย และบางอย่างก็รอนานไปหน่อยแต่พอรับได้ ค่าเสียหาย~1500 ก็โอเค สถานที่การจัดโต๊ะไม่แออัดบรรยากาศริมน้ำคือเริศอยู่แล้วลมอ่อนพัดโชยมา แต่ค่ำๆก็แอบมียุงนิดหน่อย ดนตรีสดก็ดี อ้อเรื่องของไฟอาจจะมืดไปนิดนึง เพราะใช้ไฟวัตต์น้อย ซึ่งมันทำให้ร้านเหมาะสำหรับการมาดริ้งแบบจริงจังมากกว่าการทานข้าวเย็น พนงก็โอเค ใส่ใจ พูดเพราะ และอยากจะแนะนำเรื่องของการให้เวลาลูกค้าในการเลือกอาหาร คือหลังจากให้เมนูแก่ลูกค้าแล้ว พนงไม่ควรยืนรอรับออเดอร์ทันที ควรแจ้งลูกค้าว่าอีกสักพักมารับออเดอร์หรือคอยยืนอยู่ห่างๆ เพื่อให้ลูกค้าได้เลือกอย่างสบายใจไม่กดดัน อันนี้เป็นทริคในการบริการเบื้องต้นเลย หลายร้านชอบยืนกดดัน อันนี้จะไม่ค่อยโอเคนะคะ ก็ฝากไว้เผื่อเป็นประโยชน์กับร้านอื่นที่ผ่านมาเห็นด้วย...
