The ambience of Vapor is exceptional. We got welcomed in a friendly manner and were constantly looked after. However, the food or non of it that I had were a real disappointment. Vapor do not cater for vegetarians, the meals on the menu "bless the restaurant staff" can be replaced and substituted with vegetables, however the fish sauce/oil or oyster sauce are still added to your food. And then like most restaurants nowadays, the deceiving price. A giant river prawn (looks amazing) at a fixed price on the menu, au contraire when you receive the bill your giant prawn is weighted and priced...

Found this restaurant by accident. Great lake view and natural air under the roof. There should be live music in the evening. Recommended menu - grilled giant river prawn and grilled squid with very delicious spicy dipping sauce. The prawn meat is tender and crispy. This is a must-try dish. The rare dish is deep-fried battered flower. It is crispy and a little bit salty. But when eating with sweet and crunchy peanut sauce, I don't care what flower it is. ...

If there was a minus star for this, I would definitely select it. Was very disappointed with this place. Have heard about this place for long time and had a chance to visit a week ago. The food quality was very bad comparing with the price and portions. OVERPRICED!!!!! The grilled prawns were served unfresh and so yucky. Not to mention about the service, far worst than I ever imagine and I’ve been forced to pay 10% service charge for the inattentive staff ....
