Café​ Amazon​ — Restaurant in Pattaya City

บรรยากาศ - ร้านตกแต่งเหมือนสาขาอื่นเลย แต่บริหารจัดการพื้นที่แบบเป็นสัดส่วนใช้สอยได้เต็มวงจรธุรกิจ มีมุมที่นั่งทั่งด้านในและด้านนอก แต่ช่วงนี้คงไม่สะดวกให้นั่งแช่นานๆ เสียงออเดอร์เดลิเวอรีดังรัวทั้ง Grab และ LINEMAN น้องพนักงานมีแค่ 2 คนตอนที่ผมไปถึง แต่รับมือกับออเดอร์ลูกค้าหน้าร้านและเดลิเวอรีได้ทันท่วงทีไม่มีบ่นหรือแสดงอาการกระโชกโฮกฮากเลย ยอมในความเก่งของพนักงานสาขานี้(เพราะบางสาขาพนักงานเยอะกว่านี้มีลูกค้าน้อยกว่านี้ แต่พนักงานต่างเกี่ยงกันไม่ทำงาน) เวลาสั่งเดลิเวอรีร้านนี้จะแยกน้ำ-น้ำแข็งให้ด้วยทำให้รสเครื่องดื่มไม่ชืดน้ำแข็งละลาย และที่สำคัญคือสั่งผ่าน LINEMAN สามารถสะสมแต้ม PTT Blue Card ได้ฮะ

ราคา - เท่ากันกับทุกสาขาครับ เห็นบางสาขาราคาบนแอพเดลิเวอรีกับหน้าร้านไม่เท่ากัน แต่สาขานี้ราคาเท่ากันครับ

รสชาติ - ทำได้ดีเลยครับ สั่งเดลิเวอรี หรือมาซื้อหน้าร้านก็รสชาติเดียวกันมาตรฐานดี มีเรทติ้งบน Grab สูงกว่าทุกสาขาในพัทยาเลย...

I got there at the wrong time because it was huge orders ahead of me so I waited almost half an hour to get one ice coffee. They should have better organize system or at least let customer know how long I suppose to wait not just leave...
