Fuku Yakiniku - Shabu - Sushi — Restaurant in Pattaya City

I want to write this review to the owner personally cus I saw a lot of things at your restaurant. Your restaurant is very beautiful it's almost the same as the yakiniku in Japan but one there are things you need to apply as an owner 1st check your restaurant cleanliness, when I come to dine in with my family 1st was the entrance the staff is not paying attention they just tell us to go and find out seats, 1st impression the staff are very unprofessional I think it's your manager cus he's wearing a different uniform and his like a chubby guy and white skin doesn't taking care of the guest I didn't get the name cus I'm so annoyed, next was the smell of the restaurant it's really smelly and oily all around the area some of the tables not yet clean but the staff like 4 staff just talking to each other not cleaning the table it's really nasty. And I saw a staff a man wearing all black abit dark skin, he's clearing the table and seating and playing his phone it's annoying cus we are eating near the table and he doesn't pay attention to the guest.. my advice to the owner visit your store and let them deep clean the area and train your staff or just changed it cus they look like don't want to take care of your store, next is the mala soup it doesn't even taste a mala I hope your try it by your self it taste like a soup with a knot seasoning.

The good part only was the beef was nice and the deserts are up to standard cus the price of your buffet it's really pricy but I hope you pay attention to the service and cleanliness of your store and the food standard.

Always my favorite restaurant and comes on the top list of restaurants when I visit pattaya I been here now around 20 times since I knew it the best in this restaurant is the consistency in everything specially food taste we always go for diamond menu which 980 THB and grill sushi sashimi meat are always fresh tasty I like also the river prawns with chese and the tasty truffle soup but it's only found in the diamond menu 😋 I highly recommend ah don't forget the delicious desert mango on ice with cream so yummy...

My 2nd time here. They have three tier levels. 455 and 699 and I think 999 THB (not sure of the prices. Those are from memory!)

First time I tired 455 and today I’m trying the 699THB

if you’re looking for a decent buffet go for the 455THB version. 699 THB is super wonderful. They have nice icecream (included) and free flowing soft drinks. they use QR code for ordering so no language barrier.

I’m definitely coming...
