The staff here, Jay especially the middle-aged woman who has been here for many years, is controlled by the typical tiresome person who repeatedly does not listen to you and gives you answers to questions that you did not ask, even though she does not speak English, and stresses before you can relax.
If a staff member is available, you can get in ahead of the reservation at that time, it is obvious that the store management can avoid opportunity loss, such as being able to accept a first-time customer who then comes to the store other than for an appointment.
However, this woman, who (she said herself) has worked here for many years and does not understand English, was like a robot and insisted that she could not accept reservations unless they were changed at least three hours in advance. I asked her if she didn't need to change the reservation if there were no customers because there were many customers today, and she said, "I can't do that," even though I came in two days ago to make a reservation three hours in advance.
I understood why this shop has a lower score than the Sukhumvit shop. When I talked to my acquaintances, three of them said they had changed their shops because of this same lady.
The company should remember that it is a hospitality industry and focus on on-site management training and hiring, including an attitude of listening, a natural attitude of understanding and giving answers, and training to enable on-site staff to respond in a flexible and optimal manner.
This makes Let's Relax the only choice.
At other shops, for example at Health land Sukhumvit, no problem to accept change before the appoint time as long as staff is available, ant this shop too, 2 days ago when she was not here, I was able to take massage before the appoint time.
As for let’s relux, the hospitality is even much higher. Let’s relux terminal 21 and Let’s relux Onsen & Spa (Grand Center point Space), for example, staff even aggressively offer to take massage earlier after they find me at Terminal 21 or at Grand center point Space,.
As long as they were available, they are happy to change ealier and ask me if I would like to do it now (They sometime even phone me that unfortunatelly I can get massage before the appoint time since "there are so many customers today”.).
PS: Again stupid thing happened. The shop say’s it’s open from 9AM, but actually open at 10AM. When I saw many customers come before 10AM and going buck with complaints, I said to Jay that they should change the opening hours on the door. But she just keep on saying “cannot”. The company really should change or educate their staff like a robot with no...
Read moreToday I visited Heathland in Pattaya(near Terminal 21)…Here are my thoughts:
Nice building from the outside. They care about making a good first impression. When you enter you will enjoy a nice aroma of flowers and so forth. It is spacious and with modern decorations. Front desk person was really nice! She gave me the impression: “We really want you to enjoy this experience”…..(Yes I did!) The appointment started right on time…no waiting for 20 minutes till someone comes by...no…they are ready for you! My massage person was very good, professional, with a touch of funny! Well dressed and with regular mask and plastic mask. The massage room was appropriate….low sensory(not much ‘stuff’ inside to distract you from the experience. You will hear orchestral low volume music for the next two hours(very good). Comfortable and very clean room with nothing creppy about it.
Okay….summary: great experience, a little expensive but this is ‘treat yourself to something good experience’. You can go to the beach area for a cheap massage but that it something completely different! The customers seem to be middle class to ‘rich’ type of people. You will not see anyone here with old stinky ugly flipflops with ripped up shorts and a foul mouth. This is a higher end experience for you. Tip your massage person- they work hard and they deserve it! If you are coming to Pattaya I highly recommend this great place for you. ...
Read moreHello. I went for a massage on November 26, 2023. I made an appointment in advance, I wanted to see a doctor for a massage, I came two additional times and checked whether the doctor would definitely be there. since this is my birthday and I would like no unpleasant surprises. I took a therapeutic massage and an oil massage. despite the fact that they assured me that everything would be fine, the doctor would be there. It was on the day of the appointment that the doctor was not there. This is not the first time the doctor is absent. the feeling that he does not exist in this salon. I went for a massage with oil. a massage costs 90 minutes 1100 baht, but it is no different from a massage in other salons for 300 baht. and the most unpleasant thing was when I said several times that it was my birthday and this was a gift, on the way out the massage master asked me for money, a tip, 100 baht. I think it’s not nice to ask for money yourself, especially if your massage is expensive, but it’s no better than a cheap one. It is indecent to ask for money and lowers the status of the salon. I won’t come back again, because I didn’t understand why I paid 1,100 baht. I’ve been living in Thailand for 5 years, I always went for a massage for 300 baht, sometimes the massage is even better than here. and girls in other salons have never asked...
