Top 10 best food in Pattaya With my wife and 4 years old son we lived 5 months at Jomtien. We tried many restaurants and have to say that Oregano is for sure one of the best. Small place, out of main roads, behind bars i never belived that such place can have so amazing food. Italian style with italian manu together with thai food is nothing we did not see at other places. First meal. One of severall choices of pasta. But taste...reall like in Italy. Reall “adente” taste. Drops of oliven oil. Perfect. My wife(she is Thai) tried thai food and said that this is excelent prepared thai food specially for italian chief as we think at begging. Maybe we just were happy to choose their best .. but....After few days and after we passed other meals, we all agreed. - one of the best food we ever tried in Thailand. I am not begginer and as Airbus captain tried many things in my life around the World, but this small, not fancy place, took us that in last 3 months we are here at least 4 times per week. Meat- tasty, never overdone Gnocchi- wouvvv Glass of very ok wine for 120thb Aperol - italian touch should be presented

Thai food, more than ok pizzas - i can not say that is best of the best i tried in life, but all we tried is very good tasted and well above standards if restaurants around here in Pattaya. There are very nice places we used also (restaurant 35, sky gallery, the News, breakfast at Back Fabric,..) but small, out of view, Oregano is now “our home”. And as we see not only for us. At least every evening on few tables are people we know from same place,..,, returners, just as we are.

Not only one time we had to wait for free table. Why. If you soing good job people will recognize it.

When you see prices I can confirm that here you have “value for money”.

Biggest supprise was when we realized that chief is Thai. Such italian style and taste made by Thai man!!!

After some times when you become boring from manu and ask if they can do for you special orders they never said no.

In 3 days we are flying back home to Europe and for sure we will keep in memory Oregano and give strong recommendations to friends who will plan to come to Pattaya. I read that some of guest wrote review and give unsatisfactory because they had one pizza dinner here and have food poisoning. I can not say that this could not happend, but my family and 4 y old son eated here and never ever had any problems.

poor food, carbonara with cream and cooked ham!!!!!!! Very overcooked pasta with no flavor apart from the flavor of cream. The waiters say it is a Thai style carbonara but it is an insult to Italian cuisine. Never eaten worse pasta. overcooked, with cream, without pecorino but also without parmesan. I will never go back to this restaurant where the food is terrible. Everyone must know that eating here is a waste of money earned by passing off a truly inedible Italian dish as real. Good for Thai people who delude themselves into eating Italian. If there was the possibility, I would like the wording "Italian restaurant" to be deleted because it is an abusive reference made only to fraudulently attract customers who would like to eat...
