Unnie 언니 — Restaurant in Pattaya City

I booked through Agoda for one night and paid for the other 2 nights at the counter, totaling 3 nights in this apartment. This was a terrible experience!! A woman behind the counter was very rude and did not speak to me nicely. Also at 10.30 am she kept knocking on my door and asked me to check out from the second floor to another room on the fifth floor. I told her that the check out time is noon, not now, but she ignored me and kept knocking on my door and I had to get out of the shower with my body soaking wet to change rooms. She spoke rudely to me. I was very upset. I have been working as a doctor in Thailand for many years and I know Thai language. She was very rude... I did not want to stay here for another 2 nights but they did not refund me. Also the room smelled very bad. When I entered the room, the smell was not strong because the room was sprayed with air freshener. But after 2-3 hours, the room was completely rotten smell. If you open the window to let the air flow well, there will be a lot of mosquitoes, but if you close the window, you will be unable to breathe because of the bad smell. There is mold all over the bathroom. There is a dirty black liquid coming out of the mold!! There are holes all over, especially behind the bed. Centipedes coming out of these holes can get into the bed. Reviews say the overall score is 9 or more. This may be because they created multiple accounts and booked through Agoda, Which makes the reviews and scores look good. Also, there is nothing around this apartment and it is very far from the city center.
