Bloom Dining — Restaurant in Phatthanakan Subdistrict

Very new cafe, nice and cozy. too bad i heard that their pretzel is good, but it was sold out. Hopefully, i could get it next time.

Coffee, well since they just open, i think. So it may not settle, yet. Coffee was just a bit dry imo (i tried their blossom blend one +40thb so total for this hot americano 110thb)

As of today, i would rate 3.5 stars due to 3 reasons Coffee as stated above. (For now i would say average) Slightly slow (but yeah acceptable since i may order different from others where they serve a standard bean, i hope that next visit would be well settle) Miscommunication, well i saw on the menu that their is Single origin bean, but when ask the waitress, she replied with some kind of "they are not available yet" so i just ordered the blossom blend one, but while i was waiting for my drink, i heard another customer getting sell pitch at cashier for single origin beans. That make me feel bad a little bit, but anyway i think they may just open today, and any change may happen at any time. so i didnt expect anything much. Definitely will try single origin :)

Oh plenty of parking space...

So my friend and I after our business meeting came here to have lunch she wanted to show me this place because they have really good flavored ice cream although after eating the lunch I had no room for the ice cream!

We ordered the steak and eggs dish , it was very good except it was quite small portion there was hardly any beef and in the photo it looks like you’re gonna get a half a cow 🐄 😂

We also ordered the beef Krapao which I had ordered spicy and that was really good the fried so fluffy and crispy it’s extremely fun to eat!

If you’re in the area the ambience is great you wanna sit and have a nice meal I didn’t get a chance to try the pretzels because it was quite sold out and I was so full I couldn’t even look at any more food !

This is a nice and vibrant place. The service is nice. Good atmosphere and the food is original and of good quality. Minor points: It can be quite noisy with a combination of people talking, music and noises from the (open) kitchen. Today we asked for some extra parmezan cheese for our pasta, but although there was a bit on the pasta already. They seem to not be wanting to give us some extra cheese. We are very used to asking this in many restaurants throughout the city and never refused. It is common and oke for us to pay for extra cheese. A restaurant like this should not have any issues (the guest can pay for it) to be more flexible and guest friendly to accommodate such a small gesture. Really disappointing. Thats why I can only...
