ANDREANNA'S: Bakery - Bistro - Deli — Restaurant in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province

Great care by Mr.Pom on the front counter with my deli takeout order !!, Wowie..roast beef, milano salami, ciabattas from their bakery. They also have pastrami, prosciutto, cheese and more !I stayed for a refreshing mixed berry smoothie and although I had had an earlier breakfast I couldn't resist their classic Eggs Benedict. Smart combo ; ciabatta instead of an english muffin, prosciutto in lieu of canadian bacon ( ham ) ..good switch and fresh made daily ( no oil added ) on their signature velvet smooth hollandaise .They have bottles of wine for sale, frozen takeaways for home meals and many coffee specialties. This is a 4 in 1 business, meaning many reasons to come by here and accomplish 4 stops/ errands in a single visit to Andreannas bakery ! Safe roadside parking/ tables both inside and out for dine ins, and a reminder Tuesdays are their rest and relax/ business closed day ! I will be back on many future occasions ! Update Mar 2024 , wonderful 8am opening fried egg 🍳, 🥓, 🥞 breakfast w/ fresh bread basket ( generous 6 slices w/ orange marmalade & real butter ) . Correct order came to my table, easy parking in front & back. Good vibes w/ the owner & wife plus the staff is courteous, efficient & accommodating ! Purchased hot cross buns, Serrano ham, dry salami , Gouda, gruyere & Edam cheeses from their deli counter. They have many fresh bread options also. Closed Tuesdays & will be closed for Songkran holiday coming up soon. I made Sunday roast meal reservations for Gigi & I and their shaded patio is dog friendly do Gawow is coming with us !!! ( He is our 9 yr make Shih-tzu ) /// Update May 1 , 2024 - everything you desire for a great picnic is here ; I bought hard salami, serrano ham, mild cheddar , rare roast beef, a baguette , chocolate cake and whatever else I have forgotten from memory ? I went late in the day , they have everything priced per 100 grams which makes it easy to communicate when ordering. They always get the order correct, charge the correct amount, hassle free and so service minded. You've got to Love Andreannas , their are few others like them here in Hua Hin & surrounding areas. Very disappointing experience. I went to the Sunday afternoon roast for the first time. I attempted to ask the staff questions about the lunch but due to language barriers, I was not able to get answers from them. There is no signage explaining any limitations only brief description of the menu. Other than Andy (owner) dishing out the meats customers serve themselves buffet style. While waiting I saw patrons filling their plates with food piled high. I also saw people coming back for more food but I admit I didn’t pay attention to what they were taking. I didn’t pile food up on the plate to running over as I thought I will come back if I want more as I had seen others do. I got in line a second time and mentioned to Andy before he served me again that I would like a “little bit more of the meat.” A huge part of my disappointment is Andy never said anything about charging me full price for a second plate. The owner if nothing more than as a courtesy should have said to any customer that there will be a second full charge for any additional meat before serving them a second time. When I received the bill I was surprised to learn I was being charged double the price. I spoke to Andy and he said people can return for more side dishes but not meats. We discussed that it was my first time and I saw other people returning to the station so I didn’t know. Andy still insisted on charging me full price for 2 meals even though he knows it was my first time so I didn’t know about the offering, had witnessed other customers returning for seconds (as I now understand side dishes), and I wasn’t told when the opportunity presented itself about additional charges. I also visit the bakery daily for bread and other meals which he knows. I have been a loyal customer. I even supported the business when Andy lost the majority of his staff months ago by buying bakery bread day after day. Very disappointing loyal customers aren’t shown they are valued in situations...

4 times Andreannas in 1 post. 1st time european break was amazing with some shortbaked yellow tastefull cheese and smoked ham. 2th time was oldyears day... the cheese was white with no taste at all and the ham was not the same also, there was a shortage of staff so maybe that was what was wrong. 3th time i went for the mini monty, normally i would not choose this if there is a good european breakfast but the shape and taste of the white cheese in mind made me decide the monty. The sausage was excellent, the rest ok in how far eng break can go 😉. Took home some bread ham brie and pate... bread was very nice , ham terrific, brie ha sip ha sip and the pate did not try yet. Today we went there for a sunday carvery roast, and although it was expensive (1150b for 2 lambroast a not fresh orange juice and a bananashake) the roast itself was very very very good, well worth the money. Mashed potato and coleflower broccoli in cheese was to die for. You can make your plate yourself so if you are a potato man just put a kilo on there... I am now lying down near the pool and i think i will fall asleep for the next to days... ate way to much. So endverdict for this lovely chef cook who made his shop like a familieroom a 9...
