Lung Mug Par Lord Seafood — Restaurant in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province

Disappointing flavours in the dishes we tried. Everything had the same flavour, which I fear was chicken stock powder (probably msg). It made everything too sweet and fake tasting. The seafood was good but not the best. Very fresh squid was let down by a relatively bland and far too sweet sauce (salted egg sauce – should have been quite strong and savoury, instead it mainly tasted of sugar and knor). Grilled prawns were good but not the best I've had by any means. Fishcakes were pretty good, but the sauce was mediocre. Rice was poorly cooked.. mushy! This is Thailand for f's sake. Surprisingly busy, really can't see why....

My girlfriend ordered a crab dish and they ended up bringing a second dish that was not ordered. They pressured her that she had to pay for the second dish that she didn't even want. Unfortunately, I wasn't there to stand up for her because she never owed them anything. Thought it was rude of the restaurant because originally it was there mistake. She lost 290 Baht for nothing. And to be honest, the atmosphere is not pleasant at all. Never will I or my girlfriend...

really low quality: . fried rice was boiled rice added to some vegetables, egg and some boiled chicken. it had nothing of the characteristic kao pad. garlic chicken same thing, boiled and not sautéed chicken also tasteless. mixed tempura 2 prawns and some fish fillets, no squid. spicy seafood salad... well let's leave it at that. the beers of the excellent Chang, great vintage. never again! High price...
