Alberto's Pizzeria & Trattoria — Restaurant in Rangsit City Municipality

The food is amazing!!! The only thing that had me taking off point is the service of one specific staff member. Me and my boyfriend want to try this famous Italian restaurant and drove around 40 minutes from where we live just to be here. The lady(who I believe must be a restaurant manager), put down a menu on our table with looking down face and only said “here the menu” instead of “here is your menu ka” or anything else that sound more polite and welcoming. But after we ordered around 4 dishes with 2 drinks she shift her attitude towards us but it’s too late as we already feel a bit awkward. However, the rest of the team was so nice!! Gun( hope I remember it right) was so helpful and polite. Taking our order with smile all the time and was the one who makes us feel more comfortable and so we continue our dinner without taking what that lady did to us. We were there on 10 Jan 2025 around 9pm and there was a bunch of people inside the restuarant filming a movie series. They were crowded both indoor and outdoor areas so leaving only 20% space for customers who came for dinner there. We first stepped inside to find a spot to seat in but they were filming inside so we were told to better sit outside and we finally did and enjoyed our foods and wine just for awhile then the restuarant manager asked us politely to move inside because they wanted to film outside and didnt want us in the scene. We were surpeised how the restuarant like this treats customers. They should be more professional not to let the filming team interrupt privacy of the customers. Not professional at all. We were disappointed and would not ever recommend anyone going there. They dont have a good service mind to prioritize customers...

I'm on the fence about this one. Pizza. Excellent dough; but the olives and anchovies made it just overwhelmingly salty and one-dimensional in taste. And the big pieces of spinach made it difficult to cut or bite. Lots of crush, not much toppings. Risotto. Nicely cooked rice; but much too sweet for a main dish. And hardly any taste of pumpkin. Lamb. The shank and gravy were very good; but I didn't like the texture of the polenta. And the dish didn't have any vegetables which feels odd. The bread rolls and dips were very good.
