Dropped into this cafe while waiting for my car to be fixed. Boy oh boy this is a gem of a cafe. The sweetest owner, you’re shown a real genuine care as soon as you step foot through the doors. It was a hot day, so I was shown to the coolest spot in the room. It’s cute, quaint and has cosy personality with the homely decor and positive welcome - you feel at home. Now the most important part: the food/coffee. I ordered the pepper chicken, and it was cooked/spiced perfectly upon request. The dirty matcha was also as unique as it gets. With a slight wait for the full process and care to go into making it; the taste was creamy and one of the best I’ve had. Meanwhile the WiFi was good for working.
Upon leaving I was given a very pleasant send-off with a complimentary couple of treats! The lady, I presume Posh/Pow sure knows how to cook and give incredible service. If you need a compassionate lift to your day, a bite to eat and to be blown away by the coffee. Look no further than the best cafe, I believe to be in the...
Read moreWandering around for more than 30 minutes trying to find a airconditioned cafe that served more than dessert to find Posh & Pow club, the only cafe in the area that is still open after 5pm. Very sweet owner and perfectly sweet desert (meaning not overly sweet for me). She gave me so many freebies; a pot of signature Thai tea and half a dragonfruit!!! Such warm Thai hospitality. She speaks good English too. I ordered a croffle sandwich which is crunchy, savoury, pleasing to the eyes and palate! Love the hint of pepper in the tuna mayo. She also has breakfast menu and host of other Thai food with a twist. I definitely...
Read moreHidden gem across from the university! It’s much bigger inside than it looks from the outside with many places to sit. The coffee is all organic from Chiang Mai and it’s delicious! The owner’s mom cooks the food and it’s so fresh and yummy. We had fried rice with prawn and chicken. The sweets looked really good but we didn’t try them. Presentation is beautiful and the family who owns the restaurant are so lovely. Highly recommend stopping by this place even if it’s out of your way. They are closed weekends. And we heard they are opening a new...
