Origami Cafe — Restaurant in Rawai

Amazing little gem which we found outline. Inside a complex where they have some other places as well. Very nice ambience and extremely friendly staff. The food menu is huge and all with pictures for people to understand easily. We tried a lot of dishes and they were all amazing! However, 2 things to really work on to sustain an amazing place. One, they need to try and bring the food in some way together for people. By the time our last main came, the person with the first main had already eaten completely. Also, our spring rolls came after the last main dish. And second, they need to improve their drinks. The flavoured sodas we ordered didn’t really have any of the flavour but just tasted like sugar soda.

By far the worst food and service we’ve experienced in Thailand so far. We usually avoid places serving Western food—and for good reason, as this establishment proved once again. The cappuccinos were good, and the smoothie was decent, but my god, the bowls and the bread… haha. I can’t help but think that the people who gave this place good reviews must have had the munchies after visiting the nearby weed store.

The service was unfriendly, and some basic training is highly recommended.
