A Review of Sushi Juban

Hark, good gentles all! Attend whilst I do recount mine experience at Sushi Juban, a house of feasting most divine, where the gifts of the sea are served with an artful hand and a heart most true.

Upon entering, mine eyes beheld a chamber of noble grace, where lanterns cast a gentle glow and the air was filled with the scent of ocean’s bounty. The stewards of this hall, clad in raiment both fair and neat, didst welcome us with bows most courteous, their voices soft as a summer’s breeze.

And lo, the fare! Each morsel was crafted with care, as though the very gods of Nippon had laid their hands upon it. The fish, fresh as morning’s dew, didst melt upon my tongue like a lover’s whisper. The rice, tender yet firm, was seasoned with a balance most exquisite, neither too bold nor too meek. The rolls, bound with seaweed dark as midnight, held within them flavors that didst dance upon mine senses.

Yet, not all was beyond reproach, for the waiting did stretch long, and my goblet of sake didst tarry ere it met my lips. But patience is a virtue, and such small troubles are but pebbles ‘neath the feet of a grand repast.

Thus do I proclaim Sushi Juban a house most worthy of thy custom. Go forth, seek it out, and partake of its splendor, lest thou live in regret, knowing not the joy of...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at an Omakase restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience! The chef curated a beautiful selection of seasonal dishes, showcasing the freshest ingredients. Each course was a delightful surprise, from tender sashimi to perfectly grilled fish. The attention to detail and presentation were impeccable. The atmosphere was intimate and inviting, making it perfect for a special occasion. Overall, I highly recommend trying Omakase for an exceptional...

(English version is below) Actually, I chose the 11 courses one but then I ordered uni and salmon. I would recommend that if you wanna have uni, you should choose the omakase 14 courses one. The taste of sushi and fish is so good. I love how the chef tries to talk with me and tell the story about each fish and meaning of each sushi name even he is not good in either English or Thai but he used translator device so he can talk with me. For example, I got akaebi so the chef explain that aka means red and Ebi means shrimp. For the service, I felt like there are fewer servers than it should be and most of the time she is at the back so the chef has to call her out often. That’s why I just rated this place 4 instead of 5 even the taste is so good and the chef...

Given the price range, I would consider this place a 5 stars. Of course it’s not on the top level like other places in the city but this is a new edition for this area. Chefs are nice staffs are friendly. They were saying that there will be a Soba joint later on at this establishment as well. Even though its like in a hidden alley that you never thought a sushi restaurant would be, the plus is that they got plenty of parking space in the compound.
