This was the original Laem Charoen Seafood. It used to be a run down place but now upgraded to more modern. I was surprised to see that such a big restaurant, it was totally empty, only 3 tables were occupied. Guess they have opened up so many branches in the big shopping center, this original branch seems to be out of the way to visit. The menu has been standardized. The deep fried fish is still the must order item. All dishes has maintain the same standard throughout all the branches I have tried. Service was fast since there was no crowd. คุณภาพอาหารเทียบกับราคา ถือว่าสมเหตุสมผล อาหารสด สะอาด รสชาติอร่อย และเหม่งจ๋ายเป็นสาขาที่ทำได้คงคุณภาพสม่ำเสมอที่สุด

เทียบกับที่ระยองยังมีผิดเพี้ยนบ้างบางวัน แต่สาขาเหม่งจ๋ายไม่เคยทำให้ผิดหวัง ของสดเสมอ อาหาร cook ได้สมบูรณ์แบบ

แถมรอบนี้ปลากรอบนอกมาก ด้านในนุ่มฟู เนื้อปลายังชุ่มน้ำอยู่ ต้องรีบกินตอนกำลังร้อนๆ ถ้าเย็นแล้วส่วนเนื้อปลาจะแห้งลง แต่ส่วนอื่นยังกรอบอยู่ แต่แค่จะไม่ได้ความฉ่ำน้ำในเนื้อปลาแบ้ว น้ำจิ้มหอมสดชื่นเหมือนพึ่งปั่นใหม่ (น้ำปลาราดติดหวานตามสไตล์ ส่วนตัวถ้าลดหวานได้หน่อยก็จะดีมากๆ)

แกงปูรอบนี้ได้มาแบบนวลๆ ไม่หนักพริกแกงมาก แต่แกงมาไม่ค่อยร้อน ถ้าร้อนๆน่าจะฟินและได้อรรธรสมากๆ ปูเป็นชิ้นๆ เนื้อหนึบเด้ง ไม่ได้มีรสชาติอะไรพิเศษ แค่เนื้อสัมผัสของปูไปได้ดีมากๆกับน้ำแกงนวลๆ ยิ่งทานคู่กับเส้นหมี่ยิ่งอร่อยเข้ากัน

ปลาหมึกแดดเดียววว กรอบอร่อย เคี้ยวสนุก เด็กๆชอบแน่นอน กินผสมกับแปง จะจิ้มซอสะริก ราดซีฟู้ด กินได้หลายรูปแบบ

Like Thailand this restaurant was full of smiling staff. Very engaging and helpful.
