I came today for a famous 15 steps hair spa very excited after reading all the good reviews and it was biggest disappointment. All the "treatment's" they do is on the table in a small room with 3 other people, and separation is only transparent curtains, its okay since it's price, but you cant request the temperature and it was cold I expected since it's a hair spa they will be careful with the hair, but they couldn't even brush it properly. She started from roots, and i have a long hair, so the ends was tangled and broken. When she washed my hair she keeo pouring the water into my ears and i had too keep a tissues inside to cover it For a facial they used a scrub, it was gentle, but you cant use a scrub when skin is breaking out, and i have pimple on my chin. To wipe the face she used sponges, and this sponges she washed in the same water that she used for washing hair. Two times she catchet my hair from the sink and wiped it around my face In the end my hair was dried by 4 hands, an temperature was too high, and again nobody detangle my hair, they started from roots. I don't recommend to waste money on this, better to go for normal massage and make a hair mask at home. I just hope i will not break out after...

I was really looking forward to this experience but it was a bit disappointing to me. I decided on the "time to sleep" but instead of 120m after less then 80 I was starting to blow dry my hair. Pros: Nice clean place Very nice staff Quality of products Easy to book Cons: Noisy Not possible to pay by card A bit painful with some hair pulling. Did not really offer what I paied for: .only 80m .no body massage (there was literaly 2m of a back massage attempt) .shoulder massage was also just about 2m Overall, I would not come back. But hopefully, my case was an exception as there are good reviews (which is why I booked it). Also, when booking, I was offered the last booking for 8pm which was very convenient for me so I took it.
