Tia by Muay Restaurant — Restaurant in Saphan Song Subdistrict

This is a traditional Chinese restaurant that was previously Leng Hong Restaurant and is now Tia by Muay.

We went on Family Day, so it was extremely crowded with quite a wait. I recommend making a reservation beforehand. Even though we had a reservation and tables were available, there weren’t enough staff to provide adequate service.

We waited quite a while to place our order, but it’s understandable given the management couldn’t keep up because it was a special day - Mother’s Day - so it was exceptionally busy.

However, once we got our first dish, we didn’t wait long for the subsequent ones.

Compared to when it was Leng Hong Restaurant, the service seemed better back then. The food quality remains good at the same...

ที่จอดมีมาก พนักงานบริการดี อาหารที่สั่งวันนี้ มี เป็ดปักกิ่ง (มีโปรโมชั่น) รสชาติดีตามมาตรฐาน และมีเอาโครงไปทำน้ำแกงเกี๋ยมฉ่าย (รสชาติอ่อน เหมาะกับคนไม่ชอบรสจัด) และเนื้อเป็ดผัดกระเทียม (อันนี้เหมาะกับคนชอบแทะ) ออส่วนแบบกรอบ อร่อย และกรอบ มีสั่งแบบนิ่มด้วยแต่ส่วนตัวไม่ชอบ สลัดกุ้งทอดผลไม้ รสชาติมาตรฐาน หอยตัวใหญ่ ค่อนข้างสด ผัดวุ้นเส้น (สักอย่าง จำชื่อไม่ได้ น่าจะเบตง มีตับ (อร่อย ไม่คาว) ปลาหมึก เห็ดหูหนู) คล้าย ๆ โป๊ยเซียน รสชาติดี วัตถุดิบดี ยำทะเล มีแมงกะพรุน กุ้ง หมึก หอยนางรม รสจัด และน้ำยำเข้มข้นแบบเหนียว ๆ มีตะไคร้ด้วย ออกแนวพล่าหน่อย ๆ ถ้าคนชอบแบบยำใส ๆ ไม่แนะนำ ส่วนตัวกินเพลินดี ดูเป็นอาหารสมุนไพร ปลากะพงนึ่งซีอิ๊ว ปลาสดใช้ได้ รสชาติดีตามมาตรฐาน มีกลิ่นดินบ้างแบบอ่อน ๆ (น้อยมาก ถ้าคนชอบปลาจะไม่รู้สึก) ราดหน้าหมูจานใหญ่ เส้นใหญ่ทอดกรอบดี เด็ก ๆ ชอบกัน น้ำราดปริมาณมาก รสชาติปานกลาง (ส่วนตัวชอบเส้นไม่ทอด แต่ยอมรับว่าเส้นทอดเคี้ยวเพลิน) แมงกะพรุนน้ำมันงา อันนี้ รสชาติอ่อนมาก ถ้าชอบแบบออกแนวยำ ต้องราดน้ำจิ้มซีฟู้ดเองเลย (ไม่ค่อยแนะนำจานนี้ ถ้าชอบรสชาติแบบแกล้มเหล้า) ปริมาณแต่ละจานเยอะพอ

จองห้องวีไอพี ห้องสะอาด กว้างขวาง ห้องน้ำดี สะอาดดีมาก เป็นแบบกระดาษทิชชู่ มีที่ล้างมือเด็ก (แต่ไม่มีโถเด็ก)

โดยรวมเหมาะกับการเลี้ยงรวมญาติมาก ๆ
