The only good thing I can say is the food and drinks were good. My wife and I went for dinner and ordered salad, mains and sides. The salad came out first as it should. Then they brought the sides about 10 min before my wives steak arrived so they were cold when she ate. But then my chicken came out about 10-15min after her steak. Do they not know how to serve a meal? Both mains should always come out together not 10 min apart. And the sides should accompany the main dishes not 10-20 min early. Then I was appalled to see one of the waitresses go out side to kill a big mosquito with an electric racket then bring it into the restaurant so show the bartenders. Definitely not...

I don't usually write reviews, but I have to for Vaca Bar & Grill. The dishes were absolutely amazing, made with high-quality ingredients. There were so many great dishes, but one stands out: the beef kaprao. It's to die for! I tried it for the first time last night and it was so good, I'm bringing my family back tomorrow again to taste this perfect dish.
