This all vegan place right at the Hat Yai bus station (just around the corner) is amazing! The owners are incredibly nice and every dish was fresh and delicious. I had a feast of noodles and 5 dishes including shredded mushroom meat and vegan pork, pineapple curry, greens, and mixed vegetables. They also sell snacks and dried soy...
