Went around 7am+ and it was already close to full house. The space looked squeezy with limited tables. Staff was welcoming. However, I waited too long for coffee (around 15-20 minutes) but I understand it’s due to the large crowd. Coffee was decent that I finished it. Good start to the day.

Regarding the food, the toast was completely not worth it - just very little lava inside + egg and cheese covered on top of a plain toast for 95 baht. It’s nothing to wow about and I am pretty sure it is something one can make at home.
