We reached there around 5pm and the whole food market was already lively. The hawkers warmly welcomed us and since most of the stalls are opened we have plenty of options for our dinner. Over here almost all kinds of local food are available. Pork rice/noodles, grill eggs, desserts, western, and halal options.
We found this stall selling rice/noodles and had their roasted pork + rice + egg & pork noodle. I am surprised at how reasonable the prices are for this generous portions. No surprise, the food turned out really good. I suggest to eat with chilli sauce. It’s quite soury but makes everything more appetising and balanced the sweetness brought by the soy sauce.
Overall The food market is bright and clean. Plenty of seatings available. A very good experience here. Will definitely drop by again if we to visit...
Read moreA recommended place for tourist! Clean environment and variety local food choices. Plenty of seat upstair, price is reasonable.
Braised Pork Rice is good, but still prefer bangkok sabx version. The Pork wanton Noodles is delicious! Highly recommended. Crispy Roast pork and roasted duck meat. Like this dishes! Mango Sticky Rice is tasty too, with coconut milk topping. It’s a bit pricey compared Noodles, but still can try if got budget. Milk Tea is normal.

I know my pictures are ugly but you’re going to have to believe me when I say the omelette stand in the back left corner makes the most killer omelette with green curry fried chicken and I know I will think about it for the duration of my life knowing I will never have a good reason to return to this region of Thailand. We tried 7 different stalls and they were all very good so you can’t lose. Also got the strawberry yakult smoothie twice. Love you Hat Yai see...
