Safety Stop Bar Hatyai — Restaurant in Songkhla Province

What is the point of employing a Jazz band when you allow one customer to have an extremely loud speaker phone conversation so it drowns out hearing the band, and ruins the whole ambience of live music? I was not going to listen to somebody on speakerphone, so left early. I was then told that despite cards being accepted, as my bill wasn't 1000 baht, I would have to pay cash. The bill was 869baht for three beers. I said I was happy to have listened to band and have 5/6 beers at well over 1000 baht, but I am not paying that to listen to have somebody shouting into a phone. If there is a minimum card spend, it needs to be on door and menus, it is not. I will not be returning, if you want expensive drinks and listening to speakerphone conversations, this is the bar for you. ...

While I was riding in HatYai, I discovered this beautiful bar which serves 7 types of Draught beers, including Guinness, Budweiser, Tiger and other 4 types of craft beers.

In HatYai, there are only two places you can enjoy Guiness draught, the post laser disco and this bar. As for quality, I felt the beers in Safety Stop are top notch. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have good beers with friends. They also provide snacks for free.

For those who don't like the noisy tourist crowds in Down-town HatYai, this would be perfect place for you.

ร้านเบียร์คราฟในหาดใหญ่ เป็นความไฝ่ฝันมานานว่าอยากให้มีร้านแบบนี้ รอมานานน คาดหวังไว้เยอะ ร้านพึ่งเปิดตัวได้ไม่กี่วันเราก็รีบมาจัด เข้ามาถึงก็ค่อนข้างประทับใจกับบาร์เทนเดอร์ เฟรนลี่ แนะนำเรื่องเบียร์ดีและมีความรู้ มีการมห้ลองจนกว่าเราจะเจอรสชาติที่ใช่ ประทับใจโคตร เบียร์สดของทางร้านก็มีให้เลือกพอสมควร นี่ก็ชิมไป 3-4 อย่าก็อร่อยแต่ยังไม่ถูกปากเท่าไหร่ อ่อ นี่ชอบอยู่ตัวนึงเป็นเบียร์สดของทางร้านอารมณ์ประมาณโฮการ์เด้นโรเซ่ แต่นี่ไม่ได้กินตัวนี้เพราะอยากกินอะไรที่มันต่างจากโรเซ่ แต่เพื่อนเราสั่งอันนี้นะ เพื่อนชอบอยู่ ส่วนทางเราชิมเบียร์สดของทางร้านแล้วก็ดีแหละ แน่อยากลองอะไรแปลกๆเลยให้ความสนใจกับเบียร์ในตู้เป็นพิเศษ ซึ่งมีเยอะโคตรรร นี่ก็บอกพี่บาเทนเดอร์ไปว่าอยากลองรสชาติประมาณไหน พี่เค้าก็แนะนำมา มาถึงขั้นตอนการชิม พี่บาร์เทนเดอร์เอาเบียร์มาเสิร์ฟ พร้อมขาไก่ฟรี เป็นกับแกล้ม ขาไก่อร่อยดีนะ 55555 ส่วนกับแกล้มอย่างอื่นก็มีแต่ไม่มาก อาจจะด้วยเพราะครัวร้านไม่สะดวกมั้ง แต่แค่เบียร์ก็เริ่ดแล้ว หลังจากที่ให้พี่เค้าช่วยเลือกเบียร์แบบที่เราอยากกิน สรุปพอลองกินคือใช่เลย เก่งมาก เป็นรสชาติที่คิดไว้ในหัวเลย อันนี้ก็คือประทับใจละ เลียร์มีให้เลือกเยอะ บริการดี บรรยากาศได้ แม้ร้านจะไม่ได้หรูหราอะไรมากนัก แต่มันก็อบอุ่นดีนะ นี่มาตอนที่ร้านพึ่งเปิดคนไม่เยอะ แต่พอคนเยอะแล้วก็ไม่แน่ใจเหมือนกันว่าบรรยากาศจะเป็นยังไง ร้านเกร๋ดี มุมถ่ายรูปก็มีเยอะอยู่ ใครชอบกินเบียร์คราฟ เบียร์นอก เบียร์สด ร้านนี้คือต้อง เพราะเราจะกลับมากินอีกแน่นอนน ส่วนเรื่องราคา ทั้วๆไป ราคากลางๆ ใครสายนี้ก็จะรู้อยู่แล้วว่าราคามันจะแรงหน่อย แต่ร้านนี้ก็อยู่ในเรทมาตราฐานเด้อ ส่วนตัวนี่อยากให้มีพวกคอกเทลเพิ่ม ก็ถามพี่บาร์เทนเดอร์ว่าจะมีเคกเทลรึเปล่า พี่เค้าบอกในอนาคตมีแน่นอน แต่ขอเวลาอีกซักพัก จ๊ะ รอชิม ปอลิง....
