Infinity — Restaurant in Surat Thani Province

מלצרים נחמדים,ממש רועש, היו חרקים על האוכל שלנו🤢 ובעל המקום בכל זאת רצה שנשלם על המנה. As a response to the owners comment below- We came to your restaurant three days straight cause we liked the service and the food. Today we came for the fourth time in a row and after having bugs and still being asked to pay for the meal, plus getting inconsiderate answer from the one who was in charge to our complaint that we didnt like the other meal we ordered and still not offering us to cancel or even exchange the meal… so yeah we paid for it and u wouldnt take it back so we tried ti had the most of it🤷‍♀️ Its too bad you replied this way because we were regulars at your place for the last couple of days but due to this situation- no more. You lost a couple of costumers and recommendations. Remember, a good place is being tested when something doesnt go as planned, and not just when everything is good. Just dont make us look like we tried to get a free meal or anything cause we spent so much money at your place for the past few days and its too bad for you now. Hope...

Really nice staff. Nice food wich you can eat at the beach. But that loud horrible „music” which is playing all the time is unbearable. Like there is one (!)guy(DJ) who’s actually having fun during the day. And no one else is having fun…. No one! It’s so loud that it’s impossible to communicate with staff if you want to order something from the bar… the music is so loud that you can hear it few resorts further down the beach. Like if the music was at least good. But it’s all the about the base with no melody… it’s the worst…. So if you like a place wich has that one drunken DJ who is having fun in expense of many other people- that is the place for you. But in that case you are an idiot and I don’t feel sorry for you:) although I feel very sorry for the staff working here- they are really nice and helpful and they have to deal with that loud noise(it was never standing next to Music)...

First of all, I think that if there is no super-party on the island (Full Moon, Half Moon of Black Moon Party), the ambience at night is horrible. Me and my partner went on 2nd of September 2016 (Black Moon Party was the previous night) to dinner and joy a good ambience in Koh Phangan... and we found we were the only ones in Infinity... Also, the dishes are really overpriced, it's more than I would pay in Europe!! But this is no the only problem... I told them that I am super-allergic to banana, and I asked them if the Mango Creme Brûlée has some banana. At first they told me it was Ok, but after I swallow my first spoon, they told me that some of the cream was made with banana... So I spend the rest of the night in the Hospital thanks to them. And also I pay for an overly over-priced sushi. I would not recommend that...
