Friends Cafe — Restaurant in Surat Thani Province

I don't usually write negative reviews, but unfortunately the dinner in this restaurant has really disappointed my expectations. The restaurant had been recommended in a blog and the reviews were high too so I decided to give it a try. However, having had dinner here I don't understand the reason for such high reviews. The food was nothing special, at least what we ordered, namely: dumplings, potatoes with mushrooms, soup and Russian salad. I also considered the price quite high (830 bath for two) compared to the price of many other Thai restaurants (in which I've had much better experiences as far as food is concerned). Thank you very much for this cafe. The food is just awesome. Your borcht is one of the best borchts I ever tried. Just as delicious as the one my mom cooks. I never tried so good borsht in Russia.
