I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had at a Japanese restaurant.

From the moment we walked in, the service was indifferent at best. No greeting, no warmth—just a staff that looked annoyed we even showed up. After being seated, we waited nearly 40 minutes I'll just to get someone’s attention for water, and even longer to place our order.

The food took forever to arrive. We’re talking nearly an hour for a simple sushi platter and some tempura. When it finally came, it was lukewarm, as if it had been sitting in the back for too long. The sushi rice was dry, and the fish didn’t taste fresh at all. The tempura was soggy, not crispy—definitely not made to order.

To make things worse, the staff completely ignored us once the food came. No check-ins, no offer to refill drinks—nothing. Trying to get the bill was another test...

The quality of the food surprised me for its value! It was very delicious, fresh, tasty and high quality. I've read other comments about the price. The price is perfect for the high quality food whether it's the beef (if it's local I'm guessing grass fed) to the seafood (salmon, calamari, etc). I've eaten for far more expensive in Bangkok and other places and this is THE best value! In regards to the service, we have received the best experience! We got our order promptly and all of our drinks refilled quickly. All of the waiters and waitresses were very polite and glad to give us a great service. We will come again again more...
