The hotel itself is not terrible especially for the price. But we arrived, in the early afternoon. It was very hot. And had to wait 30 minutes for someone to show up at and tell us where is our room ( after calling the hotel ). One woman came and told us « room number **) no hello nothing, no needed to check our identity.. just our room number and she left. We were literally bothering the staff. The lady who serves breakfast almost threw it in our face and was angry and agressive all the time. Also, every day , one thing was missing from the breakfast plate. Day 3 there was almost nothing on the plate. Once again it’s not the hotel that I’m criticizing, I know it’s low season and it’s not easy because almost no tourists. But if you want to improve your services and have your guests not leaving and asking for a refund, you have to talk to the staff and tell them to be a bit less aggressive with the guests ( one young man was very kind, he was the only one that was kind )
Ps : it’s in a fisher’s area, if you’re sensitive to odors, you should avoid. The area is very destroyed and there’s trash everywhere. There’s also no privacy, the door of the room is directly facing the...
Read moreWe stayed for two nights and had the most amazing stay and one of our favourite places of our travels. We arrived absolutely drenched and slightly traumatised from our boat trip over and were greeted with a smile and shown straight to our room saying we could check in later once we had showered and got changed which was a god send. The rooms are basic but perfect, it’s right on the sea front so the views are wonderful and constantly changing with the dramatic tidal changes. The weather wasn’t the best but we enjoyed spending time in the restaurant area and the food is simply the best. The staff are always on hand and friendly with what ever you need and you’ll probably get adopted by the local friendly dogs. We made friends with other guests and had a wonderful evening in the restaurant and they stayed open a little later for us with no fuss at all. Yes it’s in the fishing village and you have to walk to sun bathing beaches but it’s charming and beautiful and rustic and perfect in its own way. One day, we’ll be...
Read moreIt's located very near the Jetty. This is the far best restaurant on the island of Koh Mook. We have our frequent meals here. The awesome chef Koko is the best!! His brother Krai and the vibrant waitress Wai Wai makes the whole restaurant a pleasant place to hang out. Happy hour cocktail drinks are on promotion right now. The view of the sea is right front of the restaurant. Eventhough the waiting time is long for the meal but it's all worth it. The prices are very reasonable and portion is generous. Strongly recommend this restaurant to those who are new to this island. Thanks Chef Koko, Pi Krai...
