Came here because of the reviews but was very disappointed. Service is not good. Long story short, we ordered mixed seafood. When the dish came, it didnt has prawns like in the menu so i asked the cook. He said he doesnt has it today so he didnt put any in. I dont understand why he didnt tell us first so we can order sth else. He kept saying many excuses. The coconut shake is mixed of coconut milk and syrup, not fresh. After checking a few reviews and finding this place , can only say good things , the food was excellent. After five visits day and night we tried the Herbal curry ( spicy and aromatic) pad Thai , pad kahprow , beef salad ( my favorite) , Deer fried with Garlic , and the fried fish just wow . Husband and wife owned restaurant. Husband previously worked for many years at a high high-end Resort as the head chef. Super friendly and excellent authentic Thai food. If you are heading to the waterfall or south of the island make sure to make this your priority to eat food here on your way. You might not eat anywhere where else during your stay after eating here.
