HEAVEN sense — Restaurant in Trat Province

Hmm I took a few day to think before review this restaurant . I’m very disappointed with Thai staff service with her communication skills on that day ( She has a long hair).

It was my first day on Koh Kood when I been there. I took a motorcycle from Saim Beach to there after sunset. The weather is quite warm on that day I looking for the table with fan to sit in their restaurant. A moment later a foreign staff come to get the order, I did order and request to take ways since the weather is quite warm I want to get back to the hotel and have a shower and foreign staff she said politely to me that I can order for take away.

But after that only a few minutes, Thai staff walk to me and talk to me in Thai ( I think she thought that I’m Thai with my Asian face also I can speak Thai Back to her) She tell me to move out from the table to wait at the table at the corner with her high tone voice with unhappy face. Her speech is very impolite, I think she should learn more about what is communication skills since I’m her customer and I did not there to request for free food. I did negotiate with her that can I sit there for a moment since there is not much customer at that time, also there is no fan at the waiting areas for take a way customer. She said no and this table only belong to sit in customer. And, I’m just enough with what she talk to me in Thai then I’m walking to wait at the table that was for take a way customer. When I get my food and about to leave from the restaurant, the lady who is a foreign staff said thanks for coming but I already feel bad with another staff of this restaurant already.

Only this restaurant that I faced with bad experience. Anyway Koh Kood is silent and peaceful place that foreigners should spend their holidays there. People on the island quite friendly and helpful.

ไปถึงเกาะกูดวันแรก โดนเลยจ้า วันที่ไปอากาสคอนข้างร้อน แล้วเวลาเราไปถึงร้านก็เลยมองหาโต๊ะที่มี พัดลม พนักงานคนหนึ่งผมยาว เดินมาหาเรา เราเห็นโต้ะที่ใกล้พัดลม เลยถามว่าขอนั่งโต๊ะนี้ได้ไหม เค้าบอกว่าไม่ได้ โต๊ะนี้สำหรับ4 ท่าน เราเลยมองหาโต๊ะเล็กสุดและ มีพัดลมไปนั่ง สักพักพนักงานผู้หญิงที่เป็นต่างชาติมารับ ออเดอร์เรา เราเลย ขอสั่งอาหารแบบ กลับบ้าน จะเอาไปกินที่โรงแรมดีกว่า เพราะวันนั้น อากาส มันร้อนมากจริงๆ

จุดพีค อยู่ตรงนี้ หลังจากนั้นแปปเดี๋ยว พนักงานคนไทยคนเดิม เดินมาละทำหน้าหงุดหงิดใส่ พูดไม่เพราะไม่มีหางเสียงด้วย เดินมาบอกให้เราย้ายโต๊ะ ไปนั่งที่โต๊ะรอรับอาหาร สำหรับลูกค้าที่สั่งกลับบ้าน ดิฉันงงจ๊ะ พูดกันดีๆหน่อยก็ได้มะ ฉันก็มีเงินจ่าย ไม่ได้มาขอกินฟรีสักหน่อย แล้วเราก็พยายามพูดต่อรองจะขอนั่งรอที่โต๊ะก่อน เพราะโต๊ะที่เค้าให้ย้ายไปนั่งรอ ไม่มีพัดลม แล้วลูกค้าในร้านไม่ได้มีเยอะ แต่นางบอกว่าไม่ได้ ยื่นยันให้ฉัน ย้ายให้ได้เลย ฉันเลยโอเค เดินไปนั่งรอที่โต๊ะที่เค้าบอกเพื่อตัดปัญหา

ไปเที่ยวเกาะกูด หลายวันอยู่ เจอร้านนี้แหละพีคสุดของทริปละ แนบรูปไว้ด่านล่างค่ะ ในร้านตอนนั้น...

Simply a REAL ITALIAN restaurant with amazing food. The place looks cozy and fancy with all table and chairs painted white…very summer style! We loved it! The staff and chef are from Italy so we were hoping for a good food experience but actually we’ve got much more!!! Appetisers of Salad and Caprese (both looks like painting) just super fresh, tasty and delicious. Then we wanted to tried one pasta and one pizza because we didn’t really know what to order and…both amazing! Again!!! Pizza is one of the best we had in our life and pasta (homemade) was indescribable! Tagliatelle Bolognese better than in Italy! We finished with a dessert (they had 7 different and all homemade) but for this we forgot the pic! Tooooo excited to try it! In conclusion we god an amazing experience, good food, excellent staff. If we will be back in Koh Kood for sure this place will be on the list! JUST...

Uncapable of running a restaurant, unfortunately we can‘t recommend coming here. We gave it three shots and these are our experiences: You have to come early, otherwise they run out of pizzadough and numerous other dishes (at 8pm!). The food is good and authentic, BUT the waitingtimes are unbearably long. They apparently can’t manage to serve one table at once (we were a group of 2 (!) people). Be prepared to eat your food when your company has already finished theirs or waited for you to eat theirs cold. In our case, they simply forgot one pizza and realized it only after we pointed it out. When it finally came, they forgot to add the extra ordered toppings (this happend on two visits, so don‘t even bother ordering extra toppings). They said they were sorry, but didn‘t offer compensation or a free desert or something of that sort. That‘s what we call...
