When we came to the room it was dirty, and not as advertised. We left a review at Booking.com, they said that the problems was our fault, that people like «us» was the problem. They dont want to be better. Every bad review they have, they just say that it is because of the costumer, and not something they will improve. This is a real bad moral in this business.||||We don’t think their service is good at all and they explained that they would give us what we wanted if we asked. If you ask us, that is not good service (to have toilet paper in the room is not service, it is required). And yes, we had to ask for toilet paper five times during a 9 night stay. ||||Service is not the the costumer asking for toilet paper, asking for new towles, asking for everything, service is what you pay for. I would for the next time pay a little more and enjoy a stay at koh chang, an other place. They dont deserve more than 1-2 stars. Dont choose this hotel,...

Lieu mode jungle vraiment cool, bar ouvert au vent en bois avec tenture au plafonds, ambiance stylé, musique détente , je kiffe ces petits bungalow. avec piscine au milieu ! Idéal pour chiller ou finir son bronzage ! Olivier et nikki, 2 français, vous feront passer un bon moment ! On est allé dans de tres bon resto thai, dont 1 seafood ! Que Bons conseils, le resto Wang, si tu connais pas, tu t arrêtes pas ! Olivier m a montré la route et j y ai mangé 2 fois par jour pendant 2 jours, après 2 jours fermés 😭 vous trouves des solutions, peut comparer les offres et vous conseille le mieux ! Ex pour les transferts genre retour bangkok ou activités ! Pareil pour les scooters, le thai est vraiment gentil et arrangeant ! ! Bref hésitez pas et y a walking street à 800 m, donc on a fini à 5, les 2 loulous, Alex un autres clients et sa copine Birmane lhuet on a passé 3 4 jours sur 5 à sortir ! Super souvenirs 🌴 merci pour tout Olivier, surtout le tour des bars et endroits sympas de l île, en scooter 👍 en mode vip derrière g pu boire quelques Léo de plus ! J avais réservé pour 4 jours et ben j ai repris 2 jours de plus 🌴😀 derniere île que j ai fait en Thaïlande et ben jungle view à fait de ce moment, un des meilleurs moments de mon voyage, bel endroit, personnes sympas et marrantes, on c quand même bien marré ! Bons souvenirs et avec une bonne équipe, le dernier soir et ben du coup, on a ramené Victor, un français qui venait de se manger 8 h de bus, vans si t as moins de chance, la les conseils sont précieux, car 8h dans un trucs pourris, t arrives t casse en 2 🚍🤕 bonjour les masseuses 👍 donc voilà bonne dernière soirée, encore un gros bisous à lhu, la petite Birmane toute mimi, Alex son copain avec qui on se marre bien, et qui m'a donné de très bonnes adresses sur bangkok👍👍🇹🇭, la jungle view team, Olivier et nikki, notre Victor, dernier arrivé, et un pote à Olivier qu on a croisé da's les bars, un suisse qui errent en Asie depuis 3 ans ! Ça va la vie ! Bref ko chang, l île aux éléphants, c beaucoup plus calme que les autres îles, perdu près du Cambodge !! Passez voir Olivier et nikky et kiffez...
