KonGinSen — Restaurant in Trat Province

I’ve been in Koh Mak for a month and this is one of the places I often go to eat. The food is delicious and sizes are good too. The have a large variety of Thai and Issan dishes, along with western options. I’m pescatarian so I have not tried their duck soup, however other people have said that it is very special, a must try. Come here with time, because they prepare everything fresh, so let them work their magic while you enjoy a fresh coconut or a fruit shake, which are delicious. Nice Thai restaurant with good quality food. Would probably give this a 5 star but the service could be improved, it was really hard to get the waiter’s (possibly owner) attention. He walked away after we ordered something then we asked about it again when we could finally get his attention and he said it was sold out.

The other day we had some lunch there. The food itself was average and bland, the prices are a bit above average, considering the portions are small. It's an okay place to have lunch, but there are way better options in the close vicinity.
