Sea Bar Koh Chang — Restaurant in Trat Province

Sea Bar Koh Chang is very friendly place and it is really sea bar. During overflow (every day from morning to noon) is sea one meter from your table in restaurant, but if you have interest to have contact with sea, you can use sunbeds and table in front of the bar. Staff are very friendly and speak English with Thai accent, so time to time is small problem to understand them. Cuisine is fantastic, meals are very nice and fresh. You can't to choose bad meal. Our favorite are Green curry and Pad Thai, we can recommend it. Fresh from mango, watermelon or pineapple are fantastic too. This bar/restaurant you can visit during whole day only for drinks, sandwich, lunch or dinner. Entrance is from street and from beach too and is very easy to find it. Here is not dress code. Sunset is beautiful from this place and during the evening you can dine on the beach. In the offer is grill bar with sea food, pork, beef, vegetable etc. and of course classic all day menu. Every Friday is live music and every evening lights show (fire show - it is nice, interesting and without payment, but small tip for artists will be nice from you). We can...

We came here last year and the year before and where always happy. The stuff is still very friendly. But we ate curry and Pizza. The curry was very watery, nearly nothing in and the pizza was the worst Pizza I ever had. I think that the oven was not heated up at all, because the bottom was not baked and the crust was over backed, very strong and dry. I will be on the Island again in two weeks again, and will check it out again. I real hope the will improve and this was only a problem of little customers...

Very​ nice​ beach​ front​ eatery.​ The​ food​ was​ fresh​ and​ tasty​ and​ was​ surprisingly spicy​ for​ a​ tourist​ area​ where​ they​ normally​ tone​ it​ down.​ Pad​ gapow with​ pork​ was​ great​ and​ the​ muscles​ were​ very​ tasty​ too​ and​ well​ cleaned​ out​ with​ no​ grainy sandy bits.​ Seafood​ salad​ super​ yummy​ and​ spicy.​ Great​ location​ and​ very​ helpful​ and​ friendly​ staff.​ Lots​ of​ misquitoes​ and​ sand​flies​ on​ the​ night​ we​ were​ there​ but​ otherwise​...
