Service is exceptional Excellent ! That is a place to visit, when in Lome. At the top the 2 Février, this restaurant offers very nice food. A variety of options are presented, and the waiters/waitresses are professional and very kind. Moreover, when you are waiting for your food, you can admire the féerique view of one the nicest cities in West Africa. The view of the Atlantic see and the lights of dozens of ships is spectacular. On the over side a pittoresque view of the city evolving from old areas to the new streets is impressive.
