Mario's Pizza — Restaurant in Port of Spain

We ordered a pizza to be delivered answer it was not. One hour after i call back and the receptionist was unaware of the order then a man came on the phone asking g for confirmation of the order and the address. 45 minutes after that discussion the pizza finally arrived. When asked why the other took 1hour and 45 minutes the response was traffic. The pizza was sitting on his back seat not in a worming box. I ordered a family combo as was charged for same plus delivery. $136tt. I expected the family size pizza and a snack and drink but did not receive the snack. On inquiries I was to it was discontinued since carnival. But I was still charged hmmm upon opening the pizza it was cold and no condiments provided. The bacon in my burger wasn't properly cooked, more than once I experienced that at Mario's. I asked if my order can be changed and I was obliged but to my dismay the pizza dough wasn't properly cooked either, the flour was raw. I don't know if that one was spiteful or what.
