Excellent fare. Fresh food simply and deliciously cooked . The variously meats and fish we're cooked to exact requirements of "doneness" without any overwhelming of the palate. Juices are fresh and unadulterated with no additives. Even their water is superior. Deserts inspired by seasonal availability of fruit along with their staples are on point. Wines paired with the fare are available but I chose to abstain .
