I had the callaloo soup, lobster tail, mashed potatoes and the mango, vanilla and guava creme brulee. My husband had the callaloo soup, the salmon entre and the coconut bread pudding for dessert. I really liked the bread and butter. The callaloo soup was ok. It had a strange initial taste. Not sure if it was one of the seasonings they used. I love callaloo. We cook it at home often so I know what it should taste like and this one was off. My husband took one spoonful and didn't eat the rest. We both got mashed potatoes with our entrees. Mashed potatoes were lukewarm. My lobster tail was piping hot and tasty. You get one small lobster tail but because I loaded up on the bread I was pretty full after my entree. The mango creme brulee tasted pretty good. Vanilla and guava tastes ok. As far as the texture, I like my creme brulee kinda stiff like gelatin and that is the way they make it here! Will not rush back here for dinner. It was just ok especially considering the price. $150 US dollars (before tip)...

The featured menu contained meat, fish and vegetarian options in each section and we were excited about trying them. The fish items definitely dominated the entire experience having well paired contrasting flavors and playful textures. Over all the artistic expression of chef Wilbur was greatly appreciated as well as the hospitality of Restaurant Manager and our server...
