Royal Castle — Restaurant in Trinidad

The sandwich is the best thing on the menu and value for money. The chicken is tasty (sometimes overcooked) and the crinkle cut fries are different to the others. The pepper sauce is the best in the nation. Let’s move on to service, sketchy at best, some days are good and other days, more days than some though. The cleanliness is sometimes an issue because the place hasn’t been maintained or updated. I still do like to support local but just that experience is enough to turn some people away. The mall branches are the better options C3 is always a hit. They need to stick up on coleslaw too. There is nothing like a good box of chicken and chips (fries)but the Royal Castle green pepper sauce is what I crave. On my visit to Trinidad this is a must have!
